What counts as a billable call?
Only a successful response — HTTP 200 with data. Every response carries meta.charged and meta.amount_inr, so you can reconcile each call against your wallet ledger.
Am I charged when a call fails, times out or a source is down?
No. Validation errors, auth errors, timeouts, provider outages and rate limits are all ₹0, and the response says so (meta.charged: false). If we fall back from one source to another, you are billed once.
What about “record not found”?
Not billed. If the source has no record for an ID, you pay ₹0. IDs are validated locally first, so typos are caught before any source is called.
How is Business360 billed?
Per module. Each module you request is billed at its single-API price only if it succeeds. The total is capped at the bundle price of ₹10.00 — so the full bundle costs ₹10.00 instead of ₹14.75, and a failed module costs ₹0.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this site includes 18% GST. The price you see is the price that is debited — no tax added at checkout.
Is there a minimum wallet, setup fee or annual contract?
None. Top up any amount from ₹100 via UPI. No setup fee, no commitment, no annual contract.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every top-up generates a GST invoice with your company's GSTIN, downloadable from the Wallet page in the dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
Calls that should not have been billed are reversed to your wallet automatically and appear in the ledger. For unused balance, contact support — policy details are being finalised for launch.
Is testing free?
Yes. Test keys (as_test_…) run against sandbox data and are never billed. Responses show meta.mode: "test" and the live price the call would have cost.
