Introducing APIserver.in — business verification with public prices

GST, PAN, MCA company data, directors and CIN↔PAN through one key and one schema. Public prices with GST included, and failed calls cost ₹0. Early access is open.

If you've integrated business verification in India before, you know how it usually goes. You email sales, wait for a price sheet, and sign up for a minimum commitment. Then you find out that failed calls were billed too.

We're building APIserver.in so none of that is part of the deal.

What it does

One API key gives you the checks most teams need to onboard a business:

  • GST: verify a GSTIN, see filing history, or list every GSTIN behind a PAN.
  • PAN: validate a PAN and match it against the name you were given.
  • MCA company data: company or LLP status, incorporation date, capital, and search by name.
  • Directors: current directors or designated partners, DIN status, and their other board seats.
  • CIN ↔ PAN: link the MCA record to the tax identity.

Every endpoint uses the same request shape, the same response envelope and the same error codes, so the second integration takes minutes, not days.

Business360: the whole picture in one call

Send a GSTIN, CIN or PAN to POST /v1/business360. It works out the other identifiers and runs the checks in parallel. You get back one profile with risk flags, plus a plain-English summary of what they mean.

Don't need everything? Pass include with only the modules you want. Each module is billed only if it succeeds, and the total never goes above ₹10.00 incl. GST.

Five promises we hold ourselves to

  1. One call. Full business picture. Business360 returns GST, PAN, company master and directors in a single request.
  2. Failed call? ₹0. You are never charged when a request fails, times out or a source is down.
  3. Pay exactly what you see. Prices include GST. No setup fee, no minimum wallet, no annual contract, no hidden charges.
  4. Never stuck on one source. Automatic fallback across multiple providers. If one fails, we try the next. You're billed once.
  5. Live in minutes, not meetings. Self-serve signup, API key instantly, no sales call.

Prices start at ₹0.75 per successful call and are all on the pricing page, GST included. One honest caveat on promise five: during early access, keys go out in batches. From general availability, signup is fully self-serve.
