Refund and cancellation policy

APIserver.in is prepaid. You add money to your wallet and each successful live API call is deducted at the listed price, GST included. There are no subscriptions, setup fees or minimum commitments, so there is nothing to cancel on a schedule.

If a call fails (a validation error, a timeout, or every source unavailable), nothing is deducted. This happens automatically and you don't need to ask. Each response shows meta.charged and meta.amount_inr, so you can check every call.

If you think a call was charged wrongly, email the request_id to us within 30 days. If we confirm the error, we credit the amount back to your wallet within 2 working days.

You can ask for a refund of your unused wallet balance at any time by emailing us from your account's email address. We verify the request and refund the balance to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or payment app may take a few more days to show it.

Demo or promotional credit has no cash value and is not refundable. GST on refunded amounts is adjusted through a credit note, as GST law requires.

If you were charged twice for one top-up, or money left your account but the top-up didn't reach your wallet, we refund the extra amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of you reporting it. Often it is reversed automatically by the payment gateway sooner.

You can stop using the Service, revoke your keys and close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. On closure, any unused balance is refunded as described above.
