Delivery policy

APIserver.in is an online API service. We do not ship physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

Once your account is approved, your API key is available in your dashboard and sent to your registered email. During early access, keys are issued in batches, usually within 7 working days of your request.

Wallet credit is added as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Your GST invoice is available in the dashboard right away. If a confirmed payment hasn't reached your wallet within 24 hours, email us and we'll fix it, or refund it as set out in our refund policy.

Verification results are delivered in the API response, usually within seconds. Results stay available in your request logs for 90 days, with identifiers masked.
